LaMont Jackson
Executive Director/President
LaMont Jackson Martin, a member of the LM5 Group in Los Angeles, served on the LACCD Board of Trustees, and holds degrees in psychology and conflict resolution/negotiation from CAL State Dominguez Hills, Los Angeles Southwest College and West Los Angeles College. He was a Beyond the Bars fellow at UCLA and has lived experience with the criminal justice system, community organizing, and advocating for education and services for criminal justice involved individuals.

Dr. Shalamon Duke
Vice President
Dr. Shalamon Duke received a doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in Educational Leadership, master’s degree from San Diego State University in Rehabilitation Counseling, and bachelor’s from Grambling State University in English. Dr. Duke also holds a certificate in Rehabilitation Engineering. Dr. Shalamon Duke has been involved in education for over 14 years in varying capacities at community colleges, public, and private tier one research universities.  His major functions and interest surround disability, accessibility, student success, technology, and retention.

Faith Fuller, MBA
Treasurer/ Secretary 
Faith E. Fuller, MBA is the President of Financial, Analytic and Strategic Services for Nonprofit and Government Agencies, and a founding member of the National Prevention Science Coalition to Improve Lives.  Her work has focused on integrating services and systems for Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services, for the County of Marin, and for Drug Court programs around California, focusing on serving the homeless and criminal justice system involved adults and youth.
